TOLINC Industrial Services processes the information submitted through its contact forms to perform preliminary technical evaluation of B2B projects and respond to engineering inquiries.
1. Information Collected
The form accepts full name, company, optional job title, email address, telephone number, project type, project description, optional target date, consent and interface language. A hidden honeypot field is used only to reject automated submissions.
2. Purposes and Delivery
Validated information is used only to assess the request and reply to the contact. The application sanitizes the submitted fields and sends them through the configured SMTP service to the recipient authorized by the site owner. It does not write form submissions to a local application database.
3. Technical Controls
The API resolves a request IP from configured proxy headers when valid and otherwise uses a shared fallback bucket. It keeps bounded, in-memory counters for rate limiting that expire after 15 minutes. These counters are not written to the form message or to a local database. The form does not accept file uploads; do not submit blueprints, files or confidential information.
4. Retention
The application code does not define a retention period for messages delivered to the corporate mailbox. This notice therefore does not state a specific retention term.
